Too much going on!

Hello! Just a quick update as to where I've been. I am currently sitting in the floor with my keyboard in my lap. It kills my back. NOT comfy! The computer and litter box are the only things in this room. We have completely moved all pieces of furniture and wall hangings out of the spare rooms. Tobin has been painting the nursery accent wall and touch ups on the other walls. I have painted the windows.
We also have a doctor appointment tomorrow. I just know he is going to say that I am out of control on my weight. I am almost at 20 over my normal and I am not quite at 6 mo. NO GOOD. Not sure what to do about it since I don't feel like I eat all the time or eat horribly. I have tried to walk a one-mile path around our neighborhood and I get tired and my feet kill me. This isn't a good sign for someone who used to run and bike that same trail a lot. UGH!

School is getting really crazy now as we try to prepare for the MAP test having missed around 10 days. The kids are slammed with an insane amount of work, probably from many teachers other than just myself. Science goes first with MAP testing in April, so they may have to actually work over their spring break next week depending on how much they get done this week. It's no fun for any of us, teachers included. Too much stress on everyone!

Have a great week!

  2. It seems like the more you stress about the weight, the more you gain. Just remember that it can come off after Tanner gets here. It's hard work, but it can be done. I remember the feeling of just making it through a school day when I was pregnant. Exercising was out of the question by the time I got home.

  3. Thanks guys. I'm hoping that I can breastfeed and take some of the weight off that way! Kodi, my feet hurt so badly by the end of the work day that I can't do much either. In fact, they throbbed in the night last night and woke me up 4 times!

  4. Holly, it's probably just all the stress. You can take it off after he gets here:) I hope your feet start feeling better. I don't think there is much worse than when my feet are aching. I am excited to hear about your appointment.
