Finally!

Well, I have been under some self-inflicted pressure to get Tanner's scrapbook going. I bought the album about two weeks ago and planned to get a page done per week. Little did I realize that I would do nothing until Spring Break. My original idea was to have pages ready-to-go for each month. I decided that was too limiting and I can always add what month it was later. I worked my way through a magazine and did all the pages I liked in that particular mag. So, a couple of these are scraplift versions. The yellow flower is a more boring version of Vanessa Menguita's page in Memory Makers this month. They are just quick and simple pages to add pics to at any time. I actually worked all day yesterday and almost finished 10 layouts!!!!!!!!!!!! No kidding! I had to make a trip to the middle school today and get some supplies from my stash at school. That will allow me to put final touches on the other layouts. Most just needed glue dots and minor details. Some still need stitching, so I will do that during American Idol tonight. I had to take the pics in the bed of Tobin's truck due to how windy it is here!

Tobin is taking our German Shepherd to the vet. Her medicine for flea allergies makes her dehydrated. She drinks a buttload of water and becomes incontinent. This has happened SINCE Tobin cleaned our carpets. Not good. I feel sorry for her. She'll pee while lying down. They will check for a bladder infection by urinalysis. If that isn't the problem, then she'll be medicated for the rest of her life for incontinence. Poor girl.

  1. Wow you are super ambitious!! I have been thinking about getting a baby book started, but I am totally going through a "I don't want to do anything" phase right now. LOL

When, oh when will nesting sink in? My husband is wishing it would come sooner LOL.

  2. Hey Jenni! My whole first trimester and the first part of the second was like that. I didn't even check email for the first trimester hardly.

You aren't nesting? Have you started on the nursery at all? I guess I knew Tanya had, but now that I think about it...I don't remember if YOU have. Your husband doesn't want to do everything at the last minute. Geez, mine prefers that!

  3. Wow, 10 layouts! Way to go! I'm sure that will help tremendously. I didn't feel like scrapbooking those first few months after Em arrived. You'll be ahead and that's great!
