Tanner has finished up his breathing treatments and seems to be all better. He did share the love with me, and Tobin eventually got it as well. Not sure if it helped me to be the one to give him the treatments or not, but it never settled in my lungs. With me, it has mainly been a sinus issue, and a bad one at that. I have had a 7-day headache and blown my nose until it was raw. Luckily, the 4 snow days prevented me from using any of my sick days. I would have undoubtedly had to stay home at least two days. So, even though we will lose President's Day now, and we have to tack on 3 days at the end of the school year, it was a well-timed snow event for our family. We all needed the rest. Maybe this week won't wear me out too badly!
I see you bought a xylophone you silly girl! LOL! Em got her Shutterfly book yesterday and LOVES it! It turned out really, really nice! I was very impressed! I'll try to remember to bring it and my Christmas album in tomorrow if you want to swing by. I didn't know you were all under the weather. That stinks. I think it's pretty common to get 1 really bad sinus ordeal in your first trimester of pregnancy. That happens to a lot of people! You are lucky about the timing though. I wish Em's could have come a week later. Oh well. We really enjoyed our time off anyway!
ReplyDeleteReally cute pic of smiley Tanner! I agree with Kodi, sinus issues seem common in pregnancy. I think that the reason is, that your nasal passages seem to swell (hence the snoring) and then drainage does not flow out as easy so infection is easier to settle in... Glad that you all are on the mend!
