Easy recipe!

Breakfast Blizzard

1 (15 oz ) can of lite fruit cocktail, undrained
1 (8 oz) plain or lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup fruit juice -- I use orange-pineapple-banana
1 banana, chopped
6-8 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in the blender or food processor. Process until blended to your preferred consistency. Serve immediately. 4 servings

VERY LOW CAL, FAT-FREE, PLUS DIETARY FIBER
I'm off to the gym and then to a nearby town to visit relatives in the nursing home.
Anyone else experiencing some serious cabin fever? It's depressing me. I can't shake it! Sure glad about the forecasted warmer temps today!

  1. I hear ya girl! I'm already trying to think of something for Emmarie and I to do today. Trai's at work, but I don't want to be stuck inside all day. It's going to feel like a heatwave outside compared to these last couple of days!
