Although this news may come as a shock to some, many already know what a miracle and blessing this really is for us. It's awfully early(development-wise only!! kinda late in life~), but I can't contain my excitement!!!!!!!!! We need all the prayer we can get, so please pray that all goes well for us! It's strange to be nervous and scared, yet excited with anticipation all at the same time! I have taught this topic to students for 13 years, but never experienced it first-hand! I know I couldn't ask for better friends and family to share this with, not to mention being able to experience this (FINALLY)with the love of my life! We are sooooo happy!
WHAT!!!!!! Congrats!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome...now I have a blogger buddy/pregnant buddy!!! I'm so so excited for you!!!!
yea!!!!!so glad the word is officially out so that now we can talk about it!
ReplyDeleteHaha Kodi, you're funny. I still weird about mentioning it so early in the pregnancy, but I just can't keep it in any longer!
ReplyDeleteThanks Allison! I don't have the official due date from my doctor, but if you're going by the gestational age as well, then I think you're 7 weeks ahead of me!
This will be so fun!
When I went to the grocery store last night, I found myself looking at organic produce so the baby wouldn't get any extra pesticides! haha I also bought some all natural veggie spray!
I am soooo happy for you! Congratulations..... MAMA!! :)
ReplyDeleteLOL!! Thank you! That just doesn't sound right..guess I'll get used to it! It was good to see you yesterday, even though it was brief! Oh, Emily, I forgot to ask you if you had been scrapbooking any lately or what you got for your birthday a while back?
ReplyDeleteUm, no and nothing! I need someone to go with me! I really just don't know where to get started...I know you have me a million ideas, but I still need HELP! I kind of want to see all the things that you guys have before I go buy my stuff! :) I really need to get on it....

ReplyDeleteCONGRATS!!!! I'm so happy for you! I'll be sure to pass the word on to Mitchell...
ReplyDeleteOMG........HOLLY! I opened your blog and saw the gestation chart. I pounded my fists on Mikes table and shouted "OH MY GOD, SHE'S PREGNANT!" Mike looked at me like I had lost my mind. Then I went on to read.....I cannot tell you how truly happy I am for you and Tobin.
ReplyDeleteHugs!!!
Wooooo Hooooo! Game on!
ReplyDeleteMaggie! So good to hear from you on here! Thanks a bunch and thanks for telling Mitchell. I wonder if he remembers telling me (about 10 years ago when I had him in 7th grade) that he wanted me to name my first born after him. How funny!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jean! Your comment cracked me up and I can just envision you pounding your fist on the table! That is so hilarious! I knew you'd be shocked after all of our conversations this past summer!
Mel~why am I having such horrible cramps so early? What kind of ligament did you say? Is that why? UGH!
CONGRATULATIONS Holly!!! That is wonderful news! I'm so happy for you guys!!! I know you're going to be a fantastic mommy!!! :)
ReplyDeleteHolly,
ReplyDeleteHuge Congrats!!! I am soooooo happy for you!!!
Hol - I believe it was called the "round ligament". Dr. Stamps can tell you more about it. It is stretching with the growing uterus, and your body is just going thru major hormonal and physical changes anyway. Just try to walk as much as you can, it does help!
ReplyDeleteTob walked a mile with me after school. He also went and bought me organic milk to drink. I am making my list of questions to give to the doc this Friday.
ReplyDeleteOk - so you gave it away by saying you could only take Tylenol! Congratulations! I can only imagine how happy you both are at this moment. RVC sends his wishes too. He just celebrated his double nickel b-day on the 15th. Waiting to hear about a possible job - it would be a wonderful gift to us this month if it goes through. So we will say prayers for you and you for us!!
